Cal Poly Organic Farm’s (CPOF) Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Program, a yearlong vegetable subscription offering. The Farm is now accepting new members for the 12-week Spring Season and 24-week Spring/Summer Season. Both seasons will begin on March 30th. A condensed 10-week student season will begin on April 6th. The membership forms are attached to this e-mail. In order to secure a spot, you are encouraged to submit your membership form along with payment at your earliest convenience.
